This Privacy Policy describes how Xstaywise("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use https://xstaywise.com and related services (the "Service") for short-term rental (STR) hosts — including the profit calculator, AI listing tools, Asset Hub, and paid plans.

1. Data we collect

• Account: name, email address, password hash, plan, and role
• Product usage: calculator scenarios you save, AI prompts and outputs you generate, uploaded media, and Asset Hub items
• Billing: payment events from our payment processor (email, plan, amount, status). Card numbers are handled by the processor — we do not store full card data
• Technical: cookies, device/browser signals, IP-derived region, and security/reliability logs

2. How we use data

• Provide and operate the calculator, AI tools, Asset Hub, account, and billing features
• Enforce quotas, subscriptions, and abuse prevention
• Send transactional messages (sign-in, security, billing notices)
• Improve product quality and reliability
• Load optional analytics or advertising only after you consent via our cookie banner

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share information with service providers needed to run the Service: hosting/CDN, authentication and database, AI providers (for generation requests you submit), email delivery, and our payment processor. Providers receive only what is required for their function.

4. Retention

Account and saved assets remain while your account is active. Payment records are retained for accounting and dispute handling. Operational logs are kept for a limited window. You may request deletion of account content by contacting us (subject to legal retention requirements).

5. Cookies

Necessary cookies enable core functionality (session, security, consent preferences). Optional analytics and marketing cookies load only after consent. See our Cookie Policy.

6. International transfers

Infrastructure and AI providers may process data in regions outside your country. We use commercially reasonable safeguards appropriate for a global SaaS product.
