Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of Xstaywise at https://xstaywise.com, including AI listing text, image, and video tools. It supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Intended use

Use the Service for lawful short-term rental (STR) operations: profit modeling, listing copy, property photography-style visuals, and hospitality marketing content that you have rights to create and publish.

2. Prohibited AI content (mandatory)

You may not use Xstaywise to generate, request, upload prompts for, or attempt to obtain:

• NSFW, pornographic, erotic, or sexually explicit images, videos, or text (including partial nudity intended to be sexual)
• Sexually suggestive content involving minors (anyone 17 or under) — zero tolerance
• Deepfakes, face-swaps, or non-consensual intimate imagery of real people
• Violent, hateful, extremist, or terrorist content; content that exploits, abuses, or endangers children
• Content that facilitates fraud, scams, doxxing, malware, or other illegal activity
• Infringing, defamatory, or misleading listing content intended to deceive guests or platforms

Prompts for AI image and video generation are screened with automated content moderation before generation. Blocked prompts will not be sent to generation models.

3. Account & quota abuse

• Do not share accounts to evade plan limits or billing
• Do not attempt to bypass moderation, quotas, or authentication
• Do not scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service

4. Enforcement

We may refuse generation, suspend or terminate accounts, and report illegal activity where required. Violations of this AUP are also violations of the Terms of Service.
